CREDC Manages Impactful Community Redevelopment Projects

Currently, the Capital Region Economic Development Corporation is managing four redevelopment projects within our community. All four of the projects are utilizing funds from the Commonwealths Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) fund. The Commonwealth has authorized $14.5 million dollars to the projects leveraging private investment of $26.6 million and a total economic impact of $41.1 million dollars. In addition, the projects combined will create and/or retain 839 in our region!
