Comcast to Open a Call Center in Susquehanna Township

Comcast announced yesterday that they will be opening a new customer service call center in Dauphin County.  The company will add 425 jobs at the facility which will handle calls from the Northeastern United States. The 110,000 square foot state-of-the-art call center facility will be located at 2801 Valley Road in Susquehanna Township.

“We are pleased to be opening this new facility, presenting professional growth opportunities for current employees and adding hundreds of new team members who will be focused on providing the best possible customer service,” said Jim Samaha, senior vice president of Comcast’s Keystone Region. “This is an ideal mid-state location with a strong and talented labor market.”

Comcast will begin advertising and posting new positions next week.
