Uptown Glass Factory Building to be Converted

Work has started to convert the century-old former glass factory at 1841 N. 3rd St. into market-rate apartments. Skynet Property Management is creating 19 studio and 12 one-bedroom unitsĀ  in the building that will range from 285 to 532 square feet and will lease from $690 to more than $800 per month. he project will completely rehabilitate the building and the renovations are expected to be completed by next spring.
