Pennsylvania Economy Stable in May

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia reported that during May the economy of Pennsylvania remained stable. The Fed uses a coincident index that they use to measure economic activity level. The coincident index for Pennsylvania remained unchanged during May. Overall, the U.S. coincident index rose 0.2 percent in May and 0.2 percent in the past three months.
